2025 Foundation Outing, our “Silver Anniversary Grand Event,” set for Sept. 15 at Medallion
Please plan to join us Monday, September 15, 2025, at the beautiful Medallion Club for the 25th Annual Westerville Rotary Foundation Golf Outing.
In addition to the normal great round of golf for all, the fun extra features added in previous years are back again, including a Putting Contest, Longest Drive & Closest-to-the Pin for both Men and Women, and a 50-50 Split the Pot Raffle. Several special features are in planning for this year – our Silver Anniversary Grand Event!
We again will offer a special “Rare Bourbon” Raffle featuring some of the most sought-after Bourbons for your collection! Consists of a flight of four bottles.
Every golfer will receive an appreciation gift as they enter the building and also have a chance to participate in a fun-filled ticket packet that includes all contests together for one low price! (Except the Bourbon Raffle: The Bourbon Raffle tickets are $10 each and will be sold seperately at the event.)

Proceeds from the Annual Golf Outing support the Rotary Club of Westerville Foundation and charitable programs of the Rotary Club of Westerville, including our college scholarship program for high school graduates from the Westerville area.

Today's meeting was filled with gratitude, laughter, and well-deserved recognition! Charlie Boss, Westerville Schools Coordinator of Communications & Community Engagement, was honored as our Community Partner of the Year. We thanked outgoing board members Brad Dodrill and Eric Gibson for their three years of service, and recognized Eric as our Special Projects Superstar. The highlight of the day? Presenting the Bill Tompos Rotarian of the Year Award to Dave Read, whose passion and leadership have left a powerful mark on our club. We also presented the Rising Star Award to a Westerville South senior and heard from current and past scholarship recipients. Dave Read wrapped up the meeting with an update on I-CAN and the difference it's making for students.
