Join the Rotary Club of Westerville at noon July 16 for our regular weekly luncheon at The Medallion Club.
Our program will explore the planned return of Westerville’s Shinto Shrine and Kyoto Tea House to a Westerville city park.
Presenting the program will be speaker Dennis Blair, former Westerville City Council member and 2023 recipient of our A. Monroe Courtright Community Volunteer Award.
Also a member of the Westerville Historical Society, Dennis will explain the history of the Shrine – which once stood near Westerville City Hall at the northwest corner of Plumb and State streets – and its planned reconstruction in the near future at a Westerville park.
